Belgium to send 92 mln euros from frozen Russian assets to Ukraine
BRUSSELS, May 12 (PRIME) -- The Belgian government has approved a new package of aid for Ukraine worth 92 million euros, which will be paid using income from Russia’s assets frozen in the state, the government said in a statement on Friday.
“The entire sum of the funds will amount to 92 million euros. The source of the funds will be tax income from Russian financial assets frozen in Belgium,” the document read.
